Goutham gears for more quickies


‘A trendsetting filmmaker indeed’ – Tinsel Town ennobles Goutham Menon so. A stupefying filmmaker with his unique traits has established a renowned position in Indian Film Industry. With his Bollywood plans of remaking ‘Vettaiyadu Villaiyaadu’ is close on the heels of getting done with Amitabh Bachchan, the filmmaker has lots of surprises for his buffs.

Goutham Menon had almost completed shooting for his ‘Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikkalam’ and for unknown reasons, the project is left uncompleted. The film had Trisha and group of newcomers on the title cards with A.R. Rahman scoring music.

Meanwhile, he has planned to make 3 flicks simultaneously at the same time. With his ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya’ already on the floors, he had kick-started filming an untitled movie with his manager Karthik making onscreen debut. Sameera Reddy takes on for the female lead role. Apart from these, the filmmaker is on script discussions for another film and buzzes are that it’s a Telugu version of ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya’ with Allu Arjun in lead role.
